This week Glenn Beck (1,2) tops the list with some really exquisite idiocy, and Chuck Norris (3) has got his back. Elsewhere Michael Steele (5) is giving the GOP heartburn, David Vitter (7) is under investigation, and John McCain (10) is a man looking for a plan.
