Drudge Report cover blown - UK military drops whistle-blowers in the poo

THE UK MINISTRY OF DEFENCE has taken umbrage at US gossip site The Drudge Report's embargo breach revealing that royal dude Prince Harry was serving on the front line in Afghanistan.

Drudge - surely a contender for worst designed site of the year - caused UK military bosses to recall Harry, who has spent the last 10 weeks serving in Helmand Province, from active service to protect him and his colleagues from attack by insurgents.

Head of the British Army, Sir Richard Dannatt, named and shamed Drudge in a statement:

"I am very disappointed that foreign websites have decided to run this story without consulting us. This is in stark contrast to the highly responsible attitude that the whole of the UK print and broadcast media, along with a small number of overseas, who have entered into an understanding with us over the coverage of Prince Harry on operations."

Should any frustrated terror group now be looking for a new target, The Drudge Report can be found at Suite 318, 344 Maple Avenue West, Vienna, VA 22180 ยต
