Last week was the fifth anniversary of 9/11, so to mark the occasion George W. Bush (2,3,4) trampled on an American flag and said that bin Laden was "not a top priority." Bob Ney (5) pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges. George Allen (7) had his picture taken with some brown people. And Dennis Hastert (10) - who is only third in line to the presidency
