PAC was third after they gave 89% of their $227,500 in candidate contributions to Republican candidates. Fourth was R.J. Reynolds PAC giving 87% of their $327,500 federal candidate money to Republican candidates. Fifth was Wachovia Corp. Employees Good Government Federal Fund that gave 84% of its $159,000 in federal candidate contributions to Republican candidates.
