Conservative Media Push Misconception That Efficiency Standards Eliminate Light Bulb "Choice"
Conservative media have promoted efforts to repeal provisions of the 2007 Energy Independence and Security Act, claiming that the law banned incandescent light bulbs and that Americans will no longer have choice over their light bulb purchases.
