Reader Philip G. just forwarded to us a screen grab from a Fox Nation thread that was an unmistakeable death threat to President Obama. We have reported it to the Secret Service. We have also advised them that we frequently find hostile, threatening comments about Obama and/or his administration that are approved by the moderators. We recently questioned why Fox Nation moderators keep approving racist comments on their threads. Now we have to ask why they approve death threats? Considering the network is so eager to believe that wrongdoing on the part of lower-level workers is a reflection on the organization as a whole, we have to ask the same questions about Fox News.
